Healthy recipe of Chinese dried cabbage with pork shank soup
What you need:
1.pork shank 200g
2.chinese cabbage 50g
3.dried cabbage 50g
4.carrot 1
5.Sweet Apricot 20g
6.Bitter Apricot 10g
7.honey jujube 2
8.salt appropriate amount
How to make
1.poach the pork shank
2.drain the dried cabbage after washing it
3.cut the fresh cabbage after washing it
4.cut the carrot(it can add sweetness to the soup)
5.put the pork shank, dried cabbage,honey dates and carrot into boiling water and cook for 15
mins.
6.put the lid on and stew it with slow fire for an hour
7.add fresh cabbage and then stew for another 30 mins
8.add salt to season the soup.
