Sweet osmanthus sauce:it is suitable for making desserts, a salad dressings and a veggie rolls.
Ingredient :osmanthus ,sugar,water

Recommended recipe:sweet osmanthus white fungus lotus seed soup
What you need:
1.sweet osmanthus sauce  1  scoop
2.white fungus                    1  petal
3.lotus seed                        75g
4.red jujube                        6
5.chinese wolfbarry           1 table spoon
6.rock sugar                      appropriate amount(adjustable)
How to make:
1.wash and soak up the fungus, get rid of the glans then tear it to moderate size.
2.add moderate water to the pot along with white fungus and lotus seed, after boiling ,put the lid on and turn to low heat ,cook for another 25-30mins.
3.5-10mins before turning off the fire, add red jujube,
chinese wolfbarry and sweet osmanthus sauce, lastly, put appropriate amount of rock sugar in the soup.

Salty osmanthus sauce:it is very suitable for making stir fry dishes, add scent to foods.

3.small chicken leg or chicken wing   10 pcs
4.green onion                                       2 pcs
5.ginger                                                 4-5slices
6.garlic                                                   5 cloves
7.water                                                   1200cc
8.soy sauce                                           400cc
9.rice wine                                            200cc
10.sugar                                                100g
How to make:
1.add green onion and garlic into the water ,after boiling ,put the
Universal Stew Spice Pouch,salty osmanthus sauce and other seasoning in.
2.turn to low heat after boiling the second time ,add chicken legs/wings ,then cook for another 5-10mins ,lastly ,put the lid on and turn off the fire, stew for 20-30mins.
