Cordyceps flower is a fungi, it's orange-ish yellow ,and it's soft.Many people misunderstand that
cordyceps flower is the same as yartsa gunbu but in fact, they are different.
Simple recipe of cordyceps flower chicken broth (for 1 person)
What you need :
1.cordyceps flower a handful
2.chicken leg 1
3.jujube appropriate amount
4.chinese wolfbarry appropriate amount
5.dried mushroom 3-4pieces
6.rice wine a little bit
7.salt optional
How to make:
1.put all the ingredients into a pot, add the water until all the ingredients are covered in water
2.stew until the chicken is cooked(about 15 mins ), taste it if it need more salt.
