Seaweed is a common name for alternate algae in the ocean, it is usually grow on the rock in the
shallow sea, the major producing countries are China,Japan and Korea.
Simple recipe of seaweed egg soup(for 1 person)
What you need:
1.seaweed appropriate amount
2.egg 1
3.ginger a little bit
4.pepper salt appropriate amount
5.green onion a little bit
6.sesame oil a little bit
How to make :
1.wash the seaweed and put it into boiling water
2.quickly mix the beaten egg into the boiling water
3.add ginger ,salt pepper and sesame oil
4.add chopped green onion
