The Chinese five spices is a mixture of more then than five different spices, there's no regulation of which kind of spices have to be put, but the most common spices in the Chinese five spices are star anise.szechuan pepper.fennel.cinnamon and clove.It is a world-famous Chinese spice.Usually used in stewed cuisine ,if you mix it with salt, it can also be a sauce for marinade of meat and fried-foods.
